It takes 30 to 40 working days to receive a passport in India.

Visit the Passport Seva Portal, register and log in, fill in the required details, apply for a passport, choose your passport office, submit the application, pay the fee, and book your appointment.

To change the address in Passport, apply for passport re-issue on the Passport Seva, login, select Re-issue passport, change in existing personal particulars, fill new address, upload documents, pay the fee, and book an appointment at the nearest, after verification, your passport will be issued.
