These cab drivers are an integral part of the organization and are responsible for providing a smooth and safe ride to the passenger. The company works with them on a salary basis with an addition of incentives for overtime and they are the direct point of contact between the service user and the service provider, which in this case is the cab ride. Therefore, it becomes essential that the services do a background check and onboard verified drivers on their platform.

We check the identities through real-time Aadhaar verification combined with video KYC. Criminal, as well as civil records, are checked by us and we also do police verification.
With our APIs, you simply have to input the ID number into the system and it will give you results in an instant. We check the inputs through the government as well as the public database. So, the chances of error are almost equivalent to zero. Our APIs extract data like name, age, d.o.b, address, photo, mobile number, and gender for ID verification. All this process is spontaneous.
